Where do the members come from?
Whichever you choose at checkout. Either the Telegram groups you nominate — in which case who arrives depends entirely on which groups you pick — or our own audience of United States accounts with recent online-shopping intent, where the targeting data is ours and you supply nothing but your group link.
Do the source groups have to be public?
No. A private group works just as well: paste its invite link instead of a username. What matters is that it is a group rather than a channel, since channel subscribers cannot be worked with the same way.
How long does a campaign take?
Most campaigns start within a few hours and finish over three to seven days depending on size. Delivery is paced on purpose — a sudden spike is the fastest way to get a group flagged.
What do I need to prepare?
Your destination has to be a group that accepts new members: either a public username or an active invite link, with no approval queue blocking entry. Pin a welcome message before the campaign starts so arrivals know where they landed.
Will everyone stay in the group?
No — some people leave, exactly as they do with any growth channel. Targeting the right source groups is what keeps that number low, and content is what keeps the rest.
How do payments work?
You top up a wallet balance and campaigns draw from it. Deposits are handled through our crypto checkout, and every credit and charge appears in your billing history.
What if my order is not delivered?
Anything undelivered is refunded to your wallet in full and can be spent on another campaign or held there. You are never billed for work that did not happen.
